What you'll do

• Turn recurring customer and internal problems into a prioritised, defensible backlog
• Write specifications and acceptance criteria that engineering can build from without a second conversation
• Work alongside design and engineering through delivery, and with support once a feature is live
• Track adoption and drop-off after launch, and use it to decide what gets built next

Own onboarding and ongoing account health for a portfolio of business customers, from go-live through renewal.

What you'll do

• Run onboarding for new accounts — configuration, data migration planning, and team training
• Hold scheduled reviews and maintain a clear health picture for every account you own
• Spot at-risk accounts early and coordinate the fix across support, product, and finance
• Find the modules an account has not activated yet and make the case for them

Be the day-to-day point of contact for our Chennai-region clients, keeping relationships, renewals, and commercials healthy.

What you'll do

• Own the relationship for a regional book of accounts, including regular on-site client visits
• Handle commercial conversations — renewals, plan changes, and pricing questions
• Coordinate with support and finance so issues and invoices are closed cleanly, not passed around
• Keep client records, contacts, and interaction history current enough for anyone to pick up

First voice on the line for inbound customer queries — resolving what you can, and routing what you cannot with enough detail to be useful.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls and scheduled callbacks covering product, billing, and account queries
• Resolve common issues directly using the product knowledge base and FAQ library
• Raise and track tickets with clear reproduction detail for anything that needs escalation
• Keep call notes and follow-up schedules current so a customer never repeats themselves
