1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites and applications work more efficiently, provide a personalised experience, and give website owners analytical information.

Cookies can be:

Session Cookies

Temporary cookies that exist only while your browser is open. They are automatically deleted when you close your browser.

Persistent Cookies

Cookies that remain on your device for a set duration (days, months, or years) even after you close your browser.

First-Party Cookies

Set directly by AirOne (airone.org.in) and used only by us to recognise you and remember your preferences.

Third-Party Cookies

Set by third-party services we use, such as our payment provider Razorpay (secure checkout) or Google Firebase (web push notifications).

Similar tracking technologies — such as web beacons, pixel tags, and local storage — are also covered by this Cookie Policy and referred to collectively as "cookies".

2. Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies & Storage

Cannot be disabled
Required

Strictly necessary for AirOne to work. We keep your authentication token in your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in; our payment provider (Razorpay) sets secure checkout cookies during payment; and web push notifications use a registration token. These cannot be disabled without breaking core features.

Functional Cookies & Storage

Can be managed
Optional

These remember your preferences and personalise your experience. They are stored locally in your browser and are not shared with any third party.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies

AirOne does not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any cross-site or behavioural tracking cookies. We understand how the product is used only through our own server-side request logs (described in our Privacy Policy), not through browser tracking cookies.

3. Cookie List

The table below lists the cookies and browser-storage keys actually used by AirOne. Note that most of these are entries in your browser’s local or session storage rather than traditional cookies; the only third-party cookies are set by our payment provider (Razorpay) during payment.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on AirOne are set by third-party services we use to enhance our platform. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, and we encourage you to review them:

Razorpay

Essential (payments)

Razorpay (our India-based payment gateway) loads its secure checkout when you make a payment and sets cookies to prevent fraud, secure the checkout session, and ensure payments process correctly. These are essential for payment functionality and cannot be disabled without breaking checkout.

View Razorpay Privacy Policy →

Google Firebase Cloud Messaging

Essential (push notifications)

If you enable browser notifications, we use Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver web push notifications. It registers a push token for your browser through a service worker so notifications can reach you. Google may process this outside India.

5. Managing Cookie Preferences

Because AirOne uses only essential and functional storage — and no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies — we do not show a cookie-consent banner. There is no non-essential tracking to opt in or out of.

How to Manage This Storage

  • Clear cookies and local/session storage any time from your browser settings (see the next section)
  • Functional preferences (such as your theme) simply reset to defaults if you clear local storage
  • Signing out clears your authentication token from local storage
  • Essential storage cannot be disabled while you use the app, as it is required to keep you signed in and secure

If we ever introduce analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

7. Impact of Disabling Cookies

Disabling different categories of cookies will have varying effects on your experience:

Critical Impact

Essential Cookies Disabled

AirOne will not function at all. You will be unable to log in, maintain a session, or use any platform features. Payments and security features will also break.

Moderate Impact

Functional Cookies Disabled

The platform will work but your preferences (theme, selected branch, notification settings) will reset. You may need to reconfigure them again.

Not Applicable

Analytics & Marketing Cookies

AirOne does not use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to disable in these categories and nothing to affect your experience.

8. Updates to Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.

For significant changes that affect how your data is used, we will:

  • Notify registered users via email
  • Display a prominent notice on our website and in-app
  • Ask for your consent first where new cookies legally require it
  • Update the cookie list table to reflect any new or removed cookies

If you have questions about our use of cookies or this Cookie Policy, please contact us at dhinagaran.s@airavadwebsolutions.com. For broader data protection queries, see our Privacy Policy and Data Policy.
