India Privacy Notice (DPDP)
Last updated: June 17, 2026 · Version 0.1 (DRAFT)
01. About this Notice
This notice explains how Airavad Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. handles your personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. It supplements our Global Privacy Policy; where they differ for Indian data principals, this notice applies.
02. Data We Collect & Why
Each category of personal data is collected for a specific, itemised purpose (no catch-all use):
- Account & identity (name, email) — to create and secure your account and provide the Services.
- Organisation & billing (GSTIN, address) — to invoice you and meet tax obligations.
- Content you upload — to deliver the Services you use.
- Usage & device data — to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Marketing preferences — only with your separate, optional consent.
03. Consent & Withdrawal
Where we rely on consent, we ask for it through a clear affirmative action, per purpose, with marketing kept separate from service consent. You can withdraw consent at any time — as easily as you gave it — from your account’s privacy settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
04. Your Rights
- Access — a summary of your personal data and how it is processed.
- Correction — fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — delete your personal data where the law allows.
- Grievance redressal — raise a concern and have it addressed.
- Nomination — nominate another person to exercise your rights on death or incapacity.
Submit a request from your in-product privacy settings or via the contacts below. We respond within the statutory timeline (and target a faster internal turnaround).

Gowtham R, COO
Airavad Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. First floor, South Facing, Sarveswaran Towers Door No. 7, 18, Sahadevepuram road Rajaram Nagar, Salem Tamil Nadu 636007
dpo@airavadwebsolutions.comIf your grievance is not resolved, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
06. Retention & Erasure
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, then delete or irreversibly anonymise it. Security logs are retained in India for the period required by CERT-In. Some data may briefly persist in encrypted backups until they age out within our disclosed backup window.
07. Where Your Data Lives
Personal data of Indian data principals and our security logs are stored in India (AWS ap-south-1, Mumbai). Our database is synchronously replicated across multiple nodes within that region for resilience; we do not replicate India personal data outside India except where lawfully permitted. Our sub-processors are listed on the Sub-processors page.
08. Children
The Services are intended for business use by adults. Where processing of a child’s data is required, we obtain verifiable parental consent and do not use children’s data for tracking or targeted advertising.
