You may use AirOne solely for lawful business purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, data deletion, and legal action under the IT Act 2000, IPC, and DPDPA 2023.
05. Subscription & Payment Terms
AirOne is offered on subscription plans billed in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes — the tax that applies (for example GST in India) is determined by your billing country / country of usage and added at invoicing. Current plans, pooled allowances, prices and overage rates are published at airone.org.in/pricing.
Each plan provides a fixed monthly subscription per active user and includes a pooled usage allowance (pooled minutes per user, shared across your team). Usage beyond the pooled allowance is billed separately at the plan’s per-minute overage rate.
Usage-based & postpaid
You use the platform first and pay afterwards. Each cycle you pay your plan’s subscription, and if your team’s usage goes beyond the pooled allowance, the additional usage is metered and added to your bill in arrears — on top of the plan price. Billable overage is subject to a monthly cap to protect you from unexpected charges.
| Plan | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free | Small pooled allowance; overage pay-as-you-go |
| Basic | Paid | Entry pooled allowance |
| Standard | Paid · Most popular | Higher pooled allowance |
| Standard+ | Paid | Larger pooled allowance |
| Premium | Paid | High pooled allowance + 24/7 support |
| Enterprise | Custom | No fixed price — priced above the top fixed plan; for usage beyond it |
Enterprise is a custom (negotiated) plan for organisations whose usage exceeds our highest fixed plan. It has no fixed price and is always priced above the top fixed plan; its allowances and rates are tailored to you and set out in your order or Master Service Agreement. The fixed plans may be revised over time, but Enterprise always remains materially higher than the highest fixed-cost plan.
- Usage-based & postpaid: you use the platform first and pay afterwards. Each bill is your plan’s subscription plus any overage — usage beyond your pooled allowance is metered and billed in arrears, on top of the plan price.
- Free first month: new paid-plan signups experience AirOne for a full first month with no upfront payment. Pay your first invoice to continue, or you are automatically moved to the free Starter plan — which is free to use for as long as you like. You may also simply stop from the second month.
- Monthly plans are invoiced at the end of each cycle for the subscription plus that month’s overage. Annual plans charge the base upfront for 11 of 12 months (one month free); overage is still billed monthly in arrears. Annual plans have no separate free-trial month — the free month is already built into the annual price.
- Billable overage is subject to a monthly cap, protecting you from runaway charges.
- Prices are exclusive of tax; the applicable tax (e.g. GST in India) is added based on your country of usage.
- We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards and NEFT/RTGS via Razorpay; GST-compliant invoices are generated automatically.
- Payment is due on the invoice for each cycle; a 5-day grace period applies before service suspension.
- Changing plans: you may switch at any time, but amounts already paid are not carried over or pro-rated — the full price of the new plan applies from the switch. We recommend switching at the end of your current billing period.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice to existing subscribers.
For refund and cancellation terms, see our Return & Refund Policy.
