Refund & Return Policy

01. Subscription Model Overview
AirOne operates on a flexible subscription model with monthly or annual billing. Paid plans have no long-term lock-in — you can cancel at any time, and annual billing is optional (annual subscribers pay for 11 of 12 months, i.e. one month free). Plans range from the free Starter tier through Basic, Standard, Standard+, Premium and custom Enterprise.
Billing is usage-based and postpaid — you use the platform first and pay afterwards. Each cycle you pay your plan’s subscription, and any usage beyond your plan’s pooled allowance is metered and added to your bill in arrears, on top of the plan price.
New paid-plan signups get a full first month to experience AirOne with no upfront payment. At the end of that month you receive an invoice — pay it to continue on your plan. If you would rather not continue, you can simply stop from the second month, or you are automatically moved to the free Starter plan, which you can use for as long as you like at no cost. Annual plans do not add a separate free month — the one free month is already built into the annual price (you pay for 11 of 12 months).
First Month Free
Experience AirOne fully before paying anything — monthly plans are postpaid.
Pay to Continue
Pay your invoice to keep your plan, or move to the free Starter plan — no charge.
Free Forever on Starter
Keep using AirOne on the Starter plan at no cost, for as long as you like.
All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable tax. The tax that applies (for example GST in India) depends on your billing country / country of usage and is added at invoicing; a compliant invoice is issued for each billing cycle to your registered email address.
If you change plans, amounts already paid are not carried over or pro-rated — the full price of the new plan applies from the switch. Usage beyond your plan’s pooled allowance is billed at its per-minute overage rate.
02. Refund Eligibility
No upfront risk on monthly plans
Monthly plans are postpaid with a free first month, so there is nothing to refund up front — you only pay if you choose to continue. If you decide not to, simply stop or move to the free Starter plan and you will not be charged.
How refunds work, by plan type:
- Monthly plans: no upfront payment, so no refund is needed. Once you continue as a paying customer, each monthly invoice covers a period already served and is non-refundable — cancel before your next invoice to avoid it.
- Annual plans: if you prepay for a year and change your mind, request a refund within 14 calendar days of the annual charge (while the account has only been used for evaluation) and we will refund the prepaid subscription, less any overage and taxes.
- After the 14-day annual cooling-off window, annual prepayments are non-refundable, but you keep full access until the end of your term.
- Overage (usage beyond your pooled allowance) covers resources already delivered and is non-refundable.
- The free Starter plan involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
- Requests must come from your registered email to dpo@airavadwebsolutions.com.
Where a documented service failure on our part prevents you from using the platform, we will make it right regardless of these windows — just contact us.
03. Non-Refundable Cases
The following payments are not eligible for refunds:
Overage & Usage Charges
Charges for usage beyond your pooled allowance cover resources already delivered and are non-refundable.
Continuing Monthly Invoices
After your free first month, each monthly invoice covers a period already served and is non-refundable — cancel before the next invoice to avoid it.
Annual Prepayments After 14 Days
Once the 14-day annual cooling-off window has passed, prepaid annual subscriptions are non-refundable, though you keep access until the end of the term.
Add-On Features
One-time purchases of add-on features, premium modules, or storage upgrades are non-refundable after activation.
Implementation & Onboarding Services
Professional services fees for data migration, training, or implementation support are non-refundable once delivered.
Accounts Terminated for Breach
If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued.
Government Taxes
Taxes collected on your invoices on behalf of the applicable government (for example GST in India) cannot be refunded by us.
AirOne does not currently offer custom module development, white-labelling, or custom integrations. If we introduce such services in future, they will be quoted and billed separately with clear details on your invoice, and any applicable refund terms will be provided at that time.
04. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Email Our Refunds Team
Send an email to dpo@airavadwebsolutions.com from your registered AirOne account email. For an annual prepayment, do this within 14 days of the charge.
Include Required Details
Include your full name, registered email, company name, invoice number or payment date, and a brief reason for the request.
Receive Confirmation
Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and begin processing after verification.
What Happens Next
When an annual refund is granted, your paid subscription ends — you can continue on the free Starter plan, or export your data and close the account.
When this applies
The 14-day cooling-off refund applies to annual prepayments. Monthly plans are postpaid with a free first month — if you do not wish to continue, simply cancel or move to the free Starter plan instead of requesting a refund.
05. Processing Timeline
Business Days
Standard refund processing time after approval
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
| Payment Method | Refund Timeline |
|---|---|
| UPI / Net Banking | 2–5 business days |
| Debit / Credit Card | 5–7 business days (bank dependent) |
| NEFT / RTGS Transfer | 3–5 business days |
| Razorpay Wallet | 1–2 business days |
If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days after approval, contact your bank. If the issue persists, email dpo@airavadwebsolutions.com.
06. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time without penalty. On monthly plans (postpaid), cancelling stops future invoices — you can move to the free Starter plan and keep using AirOne, or stop entirely. On annual plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid term, and you retain full access until then.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Move to the free Starter plan and keep using AirOne, or stop entirely
- No further invoices once you cancel a monthly plan; annual access runs to the end of your term
- Export all your data within a 30-day grace window
How to Cancel
- In the sidebar (Tenant Owner) → Subscription → Cancel Plan
- Or email dpo@airavadwebsolutions.com from your registered account email
- Cancellation confirmation sent within 24 hours
Cancellation timing: monthly plans are postpaid — cancel at least 24 hours before your next invoice to avoid being billed for the coming cycle. Annual plans run until the end of the paid term.
07. Enterprise Contract Terms
Enterprise customers (organisations with custom pricing, dedicated infrastructure, or a signed Master Service Agreement) are subject to refund and cancellation terms negotiated in their individual contracts rather than this standard policy.
Enterprise Refund Principles
- Refund and cancellation terms defined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA)
- Minimum commitment periods negotiated on a case-by-case basis
- Early termination fees may apply as specified in the MSA
- SLA breach service credits governed by the Enterprise SLA addendum
For Enterprise billing queries, contact dpo@airavadwebsolutions.com or your dedicated account manager. In the event of any conflict between this policy and an Enterprise MSA, the terms of the MSA shall prevail.
