Access
Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
Correction
Fix data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Erasure
Ask us to delete your personal data where the law allows.
Withdraw consent
Turn off any consent you previously gave, as easily as you gave it.
Grievance
Raise a concern with our Grievance Officer and have it addressed.

The fastest, identity-verified way is from your account’s Privacy & Data centre — submit access, correction, erasure or withdrawal requests and track their status there.

Email us with your request type and enough detail for us to verify your identity (we may ask for more to confirm it’s really you, and to avoid disclosing data to the wrong person).
