AirOne is intended for users aged 18 and above.
AirOne is a business management platform for organisations and their authorised personnel. It is not designed for, directed to, or marketed to children.
01. Not Directed to Children
The AirOne apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play are rated and listed for adult, business audiences. Accounts are created by organisations for employees and authorised users who are at least 18 years old. We do not offer child-directed features or content.
02. No Knowing Collection
We do not knowingly collect, use, or store personal data from any person under the age of 18. We do not build profiles of children and do not serve targeted advertising to anyone.
03. If We Learn of a Child’s Data
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 18, we will delete that data promptly. If you believe a child may have provided us personal data, please contact us at dpo@airavadwebsolutions.com and we will investigate and act without undue delay.
04. Legal Framework
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, a “child” is anyone under 18, and processing their data requires verifiable parental consent. By restricting AirOne to adult business users, we avoid processing children’s data in the first place.
Our apps are likewise not directed to children under 13 for the purposes of the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or Google Play’s Families policy.
