Mobile App Data Safety
Last updated: July 24, 2026
01. At a Glance
This page summarises how the AirOne apps for iOS and Android handle your data. It reflects the same information we declare in the Google Play Data Safety form and Apple's App Privacy labels, and complements our full Privacy Policy.
Encrypted in transit
All app-to-server traffic uses TLS 1.3; data is encrypted at rest with AES-256.
You can request deletion
Delete your account and data from the app or the web at any time.
We never sell your data
No selling, renting or trading of personal data — ever.
No third-party ad tracking
We do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
02. Data We Collect
The table below lists every category of data the apps may collect, whether it is linked to your identity, why we collect it, and whether it is shared with a processor.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Personal info (name, email, phone, job title) | Yes | Yes | Account, authentication, support | No |
| Financial info (billing details) | Yes | Yes | Subscription payments & GST invoicing | Razorpay (processor) |
| Photos & files you upload | Yes | Yes | Documents, receipts, profile photo | No |

Items marked Optional are only collected if you grant the matching device permission — see App Permissions. We may add new data types as features evolve and will update this page and our store declarations accordingly.
03. How Data Is Used
Run the service
Authenticate you, sync your workspace and deliver the modules you use.
Process payments
Handle subscriptions and generate GST-compliant invoices via Razorpay.
Improve the app
Understand usage, fix crashes and prioritise features — using anonymised analytics.
Keep it secure
Detect fraud and abuse, and meet our security and legal obligations.
05. Security & Encryption
- TLS 1.3 for all traffic between the app and our servers
- AES-256 encryption at rest for stored data and uploaded files
- Optional biometric unlock (Face ID / fingerprint) handled by your device, never sent to us
- Data stored in India (AWS ap-south-1, Mumbai) wherever technically feasible
- Tokenised card payments — card numbers never reach AirOne servers
For our full security posture, see the Security Overview.
