What’s in the Mobile App

The AirOne apps for iOS and Android are deliberately narrower than the web application. This page states exactly what they contain, so you know what to expect before you install — and so our store declarations describe the same app you actually get.

Applies to the iOS and Android apps · Last updated: July 29, 2026

Built for everyday users, not administrators.

The apps carry a regular-user surface only. Administrator and account-owner functions stay on the web application, where they belong. You sign in with an account issued by your employer — you cannot register independently.

01. What the app includes

Attendance & time

Check in and out with breaks and work modes, request corrections, and see your month against holidays and approved leave.

Leave & holidays

Apply against your company’s leave categories, see allowed versus taken balances, and follow approvals.

Requests & claims

Raise on-duty and client-visit requests, and claim expenses with receipt photos.

Project board

See and update the work assigned to you.

Work board

One personal board across every project you touch, with a focus mode for critical and high-priority work.

Team board

What your team is carrying this week.

Meetings

Agendas, reminders, personal and shared minutes, and join tracking.

Feedback

Submit feedback, feature requests and bug reports, and follow them to a response.

My reports

Your work logs, estimated versus actual hours, and a personal productivity summary.

02. What stays on the web

These are part of AirOne but are not in the mobile apps. Some involve configuration or financial control that belongs on a larger screen with tighter access control.

Administration, roles and permissions (IAM)
Billing, subscriptions and invoicing
CRM, leads and quotations
Cloud operations, servers and deployments
Company-wide configuration and master data

Sign in to the AirOne web application to reach any of the above.

03. Why the scope is published

A narrower app collects less. Because the mobile apps do not carry billing, CRM or administration, they never handle the data those features involve — which is why our app data-safety declaration is shorter than the platform-wide privacy policy.

We publish this list so that the App Store and Google Play descriptions, the data declarations we file with each store, and this page all describe the same app. If a feature is added to the apps, it appears here first.

Whatever the apps do collect is covered by the same protections as the rest of the platform — encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and never used for third-party advertising. See Mobile App Data Safety for the detail.
